My name is Liz Filbrandt and together with my husband, Ray, we own and operate Okanagan Vacation Rental Management Inc.   Okanagan Vacation Rental Management Inc. is your one-stop marketing and property management company for luxury properties.  O.V.R.M. is a small innovative marketing company, thus enabling us to denote more of our time to each customer and provide a more personal service that best suits each individual. 

Being long-time residents of Kelowna, BC, we are able to provide you with local expertise and ensure your vacation property is managed hands-on contact for your potential renters.  We feel very strongly that you as the property owner should be allowed the use of your property as often as you like.  That being said, we are extremely flexible with the owner’s use of their own property and will do our best to accommodate any request, providing there is not a booking.  We will endeavor to rent your luxury vacation property as much or as little as you like – the choice is yours!!

My background as a Legal Secretary and experience in the fields of conveyancing, corporate law, and criminal law at Crown Counsel are a definite asset.  As well, I was a teacher and taught at an Elementary School for over six years.  Ray was born in the Okanagan Valley and has worked here his whole life running and operating his own painting and contracting business for almost 20 years. Together, our experience, expertise and local knowledge will be used to best serve you.
