Okanagan Vacation Rental Management Inc. is your one-stop marketing and property management company. We are offering two different options to choose from to best suit your needs. They are as follows:

Option A – Marketing and Reservation Management:

• International web marketing
• Portals
• Tourism websites
• Visitor information centres
• Google search engine marketing
• Specific paper click marketing

O.V.R.M. fee for Option A will be 20% of gross booking revenues.

NOTE : Condo owner is responsible for guest relations while guest are on-site, as well as cleaning and              maintenance of their condo.

Option B – Total Vacation Rental Solution:

• All of Option A above
• All guest relations
• On-site management
• Inventory control
• Cleaning and supply management

O.V.R.M. fee for Option B will be 30% of gross booking revenues.
